Dutta graduated as a Senior Quad Fellow

Washington, D.C., Jun 26, 2024 – Satwik graduated as a 2023 Quad Fellow and became a Senior Quad Fellow. He was selected to represent his Quad country (India) as a speaker at the Virtual Graduation Celebration on June 26, 2024.
The graduation ceremony includes remarks from the Institute of International Education and the representatives from the 4 Quad Governments for their remarks on the Quad Partnership and the future of the fellowship.
